Het is bestemd voor gebruik door eindgebruikers en professionele installateurs. Zorg ervoor dat u dit document heeft gelezen en begrepen voordat u het display gebruikt of installeert.

3 BESCHRIJVING VAN HET DISPLAY

GEBRUIK

HET GEBRUIK Het display is een gebruiks- en installatie-interface voor het monitoren en instellen van de verbonden ventilatie-unit (van het type 225 Compact(LEH)) met warmteterugwinning (WTW-unit). Elk ander gebruik van het display is niet in overeenstemming met het beoogde gebruik.

WERKING

DE WERKING Het display stuurt één WTW-unit aan en monitort deze. Deze WTW-unit verzorgt de luchtkwaliteit binnenshuis door de snelheid van de ventilator te laten variëren. Het display gebruikt draadloze communicatie (RF, radio frequent) om te communiceren met de WTW-unit.
Met capacitieve aanraaktoetsen op het display kunnen de instellingen van de WTW-unit gewijzigd worden. Het LCD-scherm (liquid crystal display) van het display geeft de werkelijke ventilatiestand weer waarin de WTW-unit zich bevindt. Wanneer er een storing of probleem met de WTW-unit optreedt, toont het scherm de storing.

OVERZICT

Het display, met afmetingen …, is uitgerust met een interface dat bestaat uit vijf capacitieve toetsen en een scherm.

6 BESCHRIJVING VAN HET DISPLAY

STARTSCHERM Het startscherm toont de huidige staat van de WTW-unit: actuele ventilatiestand, positie van de bypass en het actief zijn of niet van het weekprogramma. Wanneer er een fout van de WTW-unit zich voordoet zal de fout indicator tezamen met de actuele foutcode getoond worden.

4 INGEBRUIKNAME

TEKNIK ELEKTRO

VOORBEREIDING
Zorg ervoor dat de netvoeding uitgeschakeld is voor u het display installeert. Installeer het display nooit in een metalen behuizing. Zorg ervoor dat de voedingsspanning 230VAC, 50Hz bedraagt.

Gebruik bekabeling van het type AWG12-24, 0.2-2.5 mm² als voedingskabel. Stroomverbruik: <1W (in stand-by mode).

Gebruik voor de installatie van het display geharde en gegalvaniseerde schroeven 2,2 x 12 PT10 of M2,2 x 12 met kruiskop.

Stap 1: Bevestig het frame (F) op de inbouwdoos (G). Gebruik hiervoor de correcte schroeven (E).
Stap 2: Trek de voedingskabel uit de wand, door het design frame (D).
Stap 3: Verbind de voedingskabel met het display (C). Aansluiting zie “Elektrische aansluiting”.
Stap 4: Bevestig het display (C) met de meegeleverde schroeven vast op het frame (F). Zorg ervoor dat het design frame (D) is geplaatst tussen het display (C) en het frame (F).
Stap 5: Klik de afwerkingscover (A) op het display (C).

BESCHADIGING

Indien een onderdeel van het display tekenen van schade vertoont, of als er onderdelen ontbreken, dient het display losgekoppeld te worden van de voedingsbron.

8 INGEBRUIKNAME

KOPPELEN MET WTW-UNIT

EERSTE INGEBRUIKNAME Bij een eerste ingebruikname van het display zal deze, na het opstarten, onmiddellijk in de koppelmode starten. De correcte volgorde van handeling is als volgt:

Stap 1: Koppelmodus Plaats de desbetreffende WTW-unit in koppelmode. Dit doet u door kortstondig de WTW-unit spanningsloos te maken (+- 10 sec.). Vervolgens voorziet u de WTW-unit van spanning. U heeft nu 10 minuten de tijd om tot 20 draadloze schakelaars te koppelen.

Stap 2: Schakel de voeding van het display in Alle iconen op het display zullen gedurende 3 sec. getoond worden. Hierna is in de rechter benedenhoek de software versie van het display af te lezen.

Het display zou automatisch starten in de

koppelmode. Dit is op het display te zien door

Stap 1: Krijg toegang tot het installateursmenu d.m.v. de MENU toets ingedrukt te houden gedurende 10 sec.
Stap 2: Druk 1x op de MENU toets om naar het koppel menu te navigeren.
Stap 3: Druk op de OK toets om het menu te openen en vervolgens nogmaals op de OK toets om het koppelen te starten.
Stap 4: Succesvolle koppeling: Het display is met succes gekoppeld aan de WTW-unit wanneer op het scherm “bnd” wordt weergegeven. Het display zal automatisch overgaan naar het startscherm.
Stap 5: Niet succesvolle koppeling: Het display is zonder succes gekoppeld aan de WTW-unit wanneer op het scherm “no bnd” wordt weergegeven alsook de fout indicator.
Druk op de OK toets om opnieuw te zoeken naar de WTW-unit.

10 INGEBRUIKNAME

ACHTERGRONDVERLICHTING

Het display beschikt over een achtergrondverlichting die inschakelt wanneer het display wordt opgestart of wanneer er een toets bediend wordt. De achtergrondverlichting zal 60 sec. opgelicht blijven na bediening van het display. Deze instelling is niet te wijzigen.

MANUELE BEDIENING

De WTW-unit kan manueel in 6 verschillende standen geplaatst worden.

Indien de WTW-unit werkt via een weekprogramma kan de ventilatiestand nog steeds manueel gewijzigd worden.
Dit zal aangetoond worden doordat het icoon van het weekprogramma zal knipperen. Bij een eerstvolgend schakelmoment werkt de WTW-unit terug volgens het ingesteld weekprogramma.

Stap 4: Druk op de OK toets om de instelling te openen. Er bestaan 3 types van weekprogramma:
1 1 ingesteld programma voor alle dagen van de week 2 1 ingesteld programma voor alle weekdagen,
een 2de ingesteld programma voor het weekend. 3 1 ingesteld programma voor elke dag afzonderlijk.
Wissel tussen de verschillende types weekprogramma met de PLUS en MIN toets.

Stap 5: Selecteer het gewenste type d.m.v. te drukken op de OK toets. Vervolgens dient u het aantal schakelmomenten te selecteren.
Dit zijn er standaard 4, maar kan gewijzigd worden tussen 2 en 6 d.m.v. de PLUS en
MIN toets.

Stap 7: Het display gaat automatisch terug naar het menu van het weekprogramma.

INSTELLEN VAN HET WEEKPROGRAMMA Wanneer het type weekprogramma geselecteerd is, alsook het aantal schakelmomenten binnen een dag, kan de inschakeltijd alsook de bijhorende ventilatiestand voor deze schakelmomenten bepaald worden.

Stap 5: Onderaan op het display zal het geselecteerde type weekprogramma getoond worden (1, 1 6, 1234567).
De eerste dag zal aangeduid zijn. De aanduiding van het nummer van het schakelmoment voor de geselecteerde dag zal knipperen.

Stap 6: Wijzigen van het schakelmoment doet u door te drukken op de PLUS of MIN knop. Wanneer u op het laatste schakelmoment van een dag bent, en u gaat verder naar de volgende d.m.v. te drukken op de PLUS knop gaat u verder naar het eerste schakelmoment van de volgende dag.

Dit werkt ook omgekeerd als u op het eerste schakelmoment van een dag bent en u drukt op de MIN toets gaat u terug naar het laatste schakelmoment van de vorige dag. Selecteer het schakelmoment door te drukken op de OK toets.

Stap 7: Wijzig de tijd door te drukken op de PLUS en MIN toets. De tijd kan ingesteld worden met intervallen van 15 minuten. Bevestig met de OK toets. Het icoon van de ventilatiestand zal knipperen.

Stap 8: Wijzig de ventilatiestand, horend bij het schakelmoment, door te drukken op de
PLUS of MIN toets. Bevestig de ventilatiestand door te drukken op de OK toets.

De nummer van het schakelmoment zal opnieuw knipperen. Herhaal stap 6 t.e.m. 8 voor alle schakelmomenten binnen het weekprogramma.

Wanneer alle dagen ingesteld zijn kan u

ACTIVEREN OF DEACTIVEREN VAN HET WEEKPROGRAMMA Na het instellen van een weekprogramma dient deze nog geactiveerd te worden. Dit gebeurd via volgende handelingen.

Links bovenaan het display zal, indien geactiveerd, het icoon van het weekprogramma zichtbaar zijn.

16 WERKING

WARMTETERUGWINNING (BYPASS)

De WTW-unit beschikt over een bypass functie die ervoor zorgt dat bij bepaalde voorwaarden er niet aan warmteterugwinning wordt gedaan om zo koelere buitenlucht tijdens zomermaanden (free cooling), of warmere buitenlucht tijdens het tussenseizoen (free heating) rechtstreeks naar de toevoerruimtes te blazen. Met het display kan deze bypass manueel aangestuurd worden.
Krijg toegang tot het menu via volgende handelingen:

Het icoon van warmteterugwinning zal getoond

Standaard zal deze functie op “AUTO”

staan. Dit wil zeggen dat de bypass functie

Selecteer de gewenste mode door op de PLUS of MIN toets te drukken.

Stap 4: Wanneer de gewenste mode geselecteerd is, drukt u op de OK toets om deze mode te activeren en terug te keren naar het startscherm.

VUIL FILTERMELDING RESET

BELANGRIJK Het menu om de vuil filtermelding te kunnen resetten is enkel toegankelijk wanneer de vuil filtermelding zich voordoet. Vervang de filters alvorens de melding gereset wordt.
Krijg toegang tot het menu via volgende handelingen:

Gedurende de reset zal het zandloper icoon van de timerstand getoond worden. Het display gaat automatisch terug naar het startscherm.

DATUM EN TIJD

BELANGRIJK
De WTW-unit heeft een voorgeprogrammeerde datum en tijd die zal overgenomen worden door het display na koppelen.

Indien nodig kan de datum en tijd met het display aangepast worden, bijvoorbeeld voor de omschakeling tussen zomer- en wintertijd.

Het resetten naar fabrieksinstellingen zal ervoor zorgen dat volgende handelingen worden uitgevoerd:
· In te stellen parameters worden terug op hun default waarde gezet · Ingesteld weekprogramma wordt gewist · Het display wordt ontkoppeld van de WTW-unit
Na het uitvoeren van de reset zal het display terug in de koppelmode opstarten, zoals bij een eerste ingebruikname.

3 DESCRIPTION DE L’ÉCRAN

PENGGUNAAN

UTILISATION L’écran est une interface d’utilisation et d’installation qui permet de surveiller et de configurer l’unité de ventilation connectée (de type 225 Compact (LEH)) avec récupération de chaleur. Toute autre utilisation de l’écran n’est pas conforme à l’usage auquel il est destiné.

FONCTIONNEMENT

FONCTIONNEMENT L’écran permet de contrôler et de surveiller une unité de récupération de chaleur. Cette unité de récupération de chaleur régule la qualité de l’air intérieur en modifiant la vitesse du ventilateur. L’écran utilise la communication sans fil (RF, radiofréquence) pour communiquer avec l’unité de récupération de chaleur.
Les touches tactiles capacitives de l’écran permettent de modifier les paramètres de l’unité de récupération de chaleur. L’écran LCD (à cristaux liquides) indique la position de ventilation actuelle de l’unité de récupération de chaleur. En cas de dysfonctionnement ou de problème au niveau de l’unité de récupération de chaleur, l’écran indique le dysfonctionnement.

L’écran, de dimensions …, présente une interface composée de cinq touches capacitives et d’un écran.

TOUCHES CAPACITIVES L’écran peut uniquement être commandé à l’aide des cinq touches capacitives.

A Touche OK : permet de lancer ou d’activer l’action sélectionnée.

B Touche PLUS : permet d’augmenter le

nombre ou la valeur à l’écran.

ÉCRAN DE DÉMARRAGE L’écran de démarrage affiche l’état actuel de l’unité de récupération de chaleur : position de ventilation actuelle, position du by-pass, activation ou non du programme hebdomadaire. En cas d’erreur au niveau de l’unité de récupération de chaleur, le témoin d’erreur s’affiche, accompagné du code d’erreur actuel.

Preparation
Coupez l’alimentation électrique avant d’installer l’écran. N’installez jamais l’écran dans un boîtier métallique. Assurez-vous que la tension d’alimentation est de 230 V CA, 50 Hz.

Pour installer l’écran, utilisez des vis trempées et galvanisées 2,2 x 12 PT10 ou M2,2 x 12 à tête cruciforme.

Étape 1 Fixez le cadre (F) sur le boîtier (G) à l’aide des vis adéquates (E).
Étape 2 Tirez le câble d’alimentation du mur, en le faisant passer par le cadre design (D).
Étape 3 Connectez le câble d’alimentation à l’écran (C). Cf. « Raccordement électrique » pour le raccordement.
Étape 4 Fixez l’écran (C) au cadre (F) à l’aide des vis fournies. Veillez à ce que le cadre design (D) soit placé entre l’écran (C) et le cadre (F).
Étape 5 Clipsez le cache de finition (A) sur l’écran (C).

DOMMAGES

Si une partie de l’écran présente des signes de détérioration ou s’il manque des pièces, débranchez l’écran de la source d’alimentation.

RACCORDEMENT DE L’UNITÉ DE

PREMIÈRE MISE EN SERVICE Lors de la première mise en service de l’écran, celui-ci passe immédiatement en mode couplage après le démarrage. Réalisez les opérations suivantes dans cet ordre :
Étape 1 mode couplage Placez l’unité de récupération de chaleur concernée en mode couplage. Pour ce faire, mettez-la brièvement hors tension (+/- 10 secondes). Remettez-la ensuite sous tension. Vous avez à présent 10 minutes pour coupler jusqu’à 20 sélecteurs sans fil.

Étape 2 mettez l’écran sous tension Toutes les icônes de l’écran s’affichent pendant 3 secondes. La version du logiciel s’affiche ensuite dans le coin inférieur droit de l’écran.

RÉCUPÉRATION DE CHALEUR (BY-PASS)

L’unité de récupération de chaleur dispose d’une fonction by-pass qui empêche la récupération de chaleur dans certaines conditions afin de souffler directement de l’air extérieur plus frais en été (refroidissement gratuit) ou de l’air extérieur plus chaud à l’entre-saison (chauffage gratuit) dans les pièces d’amenée. Ce by-pass peut être commandé manuellement via l’écran.

RÉTROÉCLAIRAGE

La réinitialisation des paramètres d’usine entraîne les actions suivantes :
· les paramètres à définir reviennent à leur valeur par défaut ; · le programme hebdomadaire configuré est effacé ; · l’écran est déconnecté de l’unité de récupération de chaleur.
Après une réinitialisation, l’écran redémarre en mode couplage, comme lors de la première mise en service.

3 DESCRIPTION OF THE DISPLAY

GUNA

USE The display is a user and installation interface to monitor and configure the connected ventilation unit (of the type 225 Compact(LEH)) with the heat recovery unit (HRV). Any other use of the display is not in accordance with the intended use and therefore unauthorised.

FUNGSI

FUNCTIONING The display drives and monitors one HRV unit. This HRV unit ensures good indoor air quality by varying the ventilator speed. The display uses wireless communication (RF) to communicate with the HRV unit.

HOME SCREEN The home screen displays the current status of the HRV unit: current ventilation position, bypass position and active/inactive state of the week program. If an error occurs in the HRV unit the error indicator is displayed together with the current error code.

Step 1: Mount the frame (F) on the junction box (G). Be sure to use the proper screws (E).
Step 2: Pull the power cable from the wall and through the design frame (D).
Step 3: Connect the power cable with the display (C). Connection see “Electric connection”.
Step 4: Mount the display (C) onto the frame (F) with the included screws. Make sure the design frame (D) is positioned between the display (C) and the frame (F).
Step 5: Click the finishing cover (A) onto the display (C).

COMMISSIONING When the display is first commissioned, it will immediately go into connection mode upon start-up. The correct sequence of actions is as follows:

Step 1: Connection mode Put the HRV unit in question in connection mode. Do this by briefly disconnecting the HRV unit from power (±10 sec.). Subsequently restore power to the HRV unit. You now have 10 minutes to connect up to 20 wireless switches.

Step 2: Turn on the power to the display All icons on the display are now displayed for 3 seconds. Subsequently the software version is displayed in the bottom right corner.

The display should automatically start in

connection mode. This is visualised on the display

Sampeyan bisa nggunakake tampilan kanggo ngoperasikake bypass iki kanthi manual.
