Components of REM25M
The following figure displays the components of REM25M.

Using the REM25M

The current status of the security system (armed, disarmed, or in alarm) can be identified by pressing the status button on the remote. When pressed, the LED indicates the following:

• Steady red – The system is armed
• Steady green – The system is disarmed
• Blinking red alternatively – An alarm has been triggered.

To perform an action, press and hold the desired button for more than 0.5 seconds. The custom buttons can be programmed for specific functions such as output activation, arming, staying, sleeping, or triggering panic. If the custom buttons are not assigned to a function, the LED blinks red when pressed. If they are assigned to a function, the LED displays a steady green when pressed.
