  To pair your robot, ensure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network (5 GHz is not supported). Open the app, select 'Add Device,' and follow the on-screen instructions. You may need to hold the power and home buttons simultaneously for about 5 seconds to activate pairing mode.

• Can AMIBOT robots be used on carpets?

  AMIBOT robots are generally designed for flat surfaces. They are not recommended for long-pile carpets, which may cause the robot to freeze or reverse. When using the mopping mode with a water tank, the robot should not be used on rugs or carpets at all.

• How do I maintain the mopping function?

  When using the mopping mode, it is recommended to remove the main central brush to prevent oxidation and make cleaning easier. Always empty the water tank and remove the cleaning pad attachment before charging the robot.

• Why is my robot not auto-emptying?

  If you have a station model, ensure the auto-empty station is placed on a smooth, flat surface and plugged in. Also, verify that the H2O mop holder (cleaning pad unit) has been removed from the robot, as it must be detached for the auto-emptying process to engage correctly via the flap underneath.
