Setup

- Feed the end of the PET strapping into the inlet, ensuring it is properly aligned.
- Pull the strapping through until it extends beyond the cutting mechanism, ready for use.

Instruksi Operasi
1. Powering On / Off
Press and hold the power button (usually located near the handle) to turn the machine on or off. The LCD screen will illuminate upon powering on.
2. Adjusting Tension and Welding Time (LCD Screen)
The machine features a real LCD screen that allows for precise adjustment of tension force and welding time. The screen also displays the strapping process status through visual symbols.
- Use the control buttons adjacent to the LCD screen to navigate through settings.
- Adjust the tension level (Lv) according to the material being strapped. Refer to the 'Tension Guidelines for Materials' below.
- Set the welding time (Sec) as required for optimal strap fusion.
- The screen will display symbols indicating whether the strapping is in progress, complete, or if an error has occurred.

3. Strapping Process (3 Steps)
The electric strapping machine integrates tensioning, welding, and cutting into a simple three-step process:
- Insert Strapping: Pull up the handle of the machine and place the PP/PET strapping around the package, then feed both ends into the machine's strapping slot.
- Kenceng: Press the tightening button. The machine will begin to tension the strap around the package to the set tension level.
- Weld and Cut: Once the desired tension is reached, press the welding switch. The machine will automatically weld the strap ends together and cut off any excess strapping simultaneously.
4. Tension Guidelines for Materials
Refer to the following guidelines for selecting the appropriate tension strength (1-10 gears) based on the material of your package:
- Karton: 1-2 gears (0-760N)
- Wooden board: 3-4 gears (760-1520N)
- Aluminium: 5-6 gears (1520-2280N)
