4.1 Adjusting the Bench Positions
The JOROTO MD55 bench offers multiple adjustment points to customize your workout. Always ensure adjustment pins are fully engaged before use.
- Backrest Positions: The backrest can be adjusted to 6 different angles, including upright, incline, decline, and flat modes. Locate the adjustment pin or lever at the base of the backrest, pull it out, adjust the backrest to the desired angle, and release the pin to lock it into place.
