4.1 Kebutuhan Daya

  • Electric Lock Output: Less than 1A.

4.2 Kabel

Connect the device to a compatible electric lock and power supply according to the wiring diagram provided in the separate installation guide (not included in this manual). The device supports Wiegand 26 for data input and output, allowing integration with other access control components.

4.3 Pemasangan

Mount the device securely on an indoor wall at a convenient height for user access. Avoid locations exposed to direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, or high humidity.

5. Instruksi Operasi

The eSSL JS-32E allows access through PIN codes, proximity cards, or a combination of both.

5.1 Manajemen Panganggo

Refer to the separate programming guide for detailed instructions on adding, deleting, and modifying user PINs and proximity cards. The system supports up to 2000 users.

5.2 Gaining Access

  • Using a PIN: Enter your registered PIN code on the keypad and press the '#' key.
  • Using a Proximity Card: Present your registered EM card within 3-6 cm of the device's reader.
  • Using PIN + Card: Present your registered card, then enter your PIN code and press the '#' key.

Upon successful authentication, the door will unlock for the configured door opening time (0-99 seconds). An audible alert or indicator light will confirm access.

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your eSSL JS-32E access control system, follow these maintenance guidelines:

  • Reresik: Gently wipe the device surface with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, solvents, or excessive moisture.
  • Kondisi Lingkungan: Ensure the device operates within the specified ambient temperature range of -45°C to 60°C and humidity range of 10% to 90% RH.
  • Priksa Reguler: Periodically check all wired connections for security and integrity.

7. Ngatasi masalah

If you encounter issues with your eSSL JS-32E, consider the following basic troubleshooting steps:

  • Ora Daya: Verify that the DC12V power supply is connected correctly and functioning. Check all power cables.
  • Access Denied:
    • Ensure the PIN or card is correctly registered in the system.
    • For card access, ensure the card is an EM type and presented within the reading range.
    • For PIN + Card access, ensure both steps are performed correctly.
  • Lawang Ora Mbukak Kunci: Check the connection to the electric lock. Ensure the lock itself is functional. Verify the door opening time setting.
  • Keypad Ora Nanggapi: Check for power issues. If the device is powered, a factory reset might be necessary (refer to the programming guide).
