Understanding 2-Phase Expression Technology:

Medela's 2-Phase Expression Technology is designed to mimic a baby's natural nursing pattern, which consists of two phases:

Prosedur pumping:

1. Posisi: Sit comfortably and place the breast shields over your breasts, ensuring your nipple is centered in the tunnel.
2. Mulai Pumping: Turn the pump ON using the main power knob. The pump will automatically start in the Stimulation Phase.
3. Adjust Vacuum (Stimulation): Adjust the vacuum level using the knob until you feel a comfortable suction. Do not set the vacuum so high that it causes discomfort.

5. Adjust Vacuum (Expression): In the Expression Phase, adjust the vacuum to your Maximum Comfort Vacuum (MCV) level. This is the highest vacuum level you can tolerate without pain.
